If everyone had a "sickout" in which you KNOW they colluded?
I just don't think they can legally be heard saying that they're cooperating.
Yeah, if the public wants to do it, it's a "boycott." If companies want to do the same thing, it's collusion and price fixing. I'm a broken record but, those two offenses also make you eligible for the Rico Act, to help ensure you get a sufficient amount of prison time.
