That was one of the first tracks that Darryl looked at. He passed. Not sure why.

Sad, with ihra buying tracks, that they couldn't make it work.
Same in my backyard, seems like Daryll passed on Atco as well. Can't say I blame him, some a-hole sold the track to another a-hole for a lot of money. After the selling a-hole stripped it to nothing.

Imo being a business man he did not see the ROI he needed to make it work. He is not just spending money willy nilly.............as opposed to what some believe.

That's pretty much what I said.
The mysterious buyer of Atco has grandiose plans of some sort. I will fight for any zoning change since I live here. No one that lives in Waterford Twp(Atco) wants a salvage yard, data center,warehouse, Marijuana grow spot, ...
The seller and buyer are not in favor of the people that live in the area. They hate the residents evidently.
It could be profitable as a track with correct leadership and staff.
But, for the sold price(if they are even selling) $12,000,000 is way to much.

I for one(as a resident), will fight to change any zoning. They also have the Pinelands to contend with.
