First 5 in a Pro Mod??? (1 Viewer)

Anyone think we will see the first 5 in a Pro Mod this weekend? They are getting awful close and Jay Payne's 6.000 came here at Dallas last year. Weather should be decent hopefully.

If someone runs a 5 in Vegas, that would be the record of all records.
Vegas is an altitude track!
And with a blower overdrive limit, it would be everything but impossible.

They have them already, it's called TAFC, thats all the blown Pro Mods are, the Nitrous Cars can't compete on any level with the blown Pro Mods.

Give me a down south Quick 8 race with strictly Nitrous cars over any NHRA or IHRA race. The blower cars a too dominate, it's not fun for me to watch.

Pro Mod and TAFC look close to the casual onlooker, but even an untrained eye can see the difference of an extra 500 pounds.
