Eddie Knox's "Problem Child" driven by Darryl "Madd Max" Ehrlich blasted to a 4.566 @ 265.52 mph. pass on Mission Bay in San Diego. That had to be the most AWESOME thing I have ever seen (land or water). Congrats to Eddie & the PC gang.

Wow that is Flying!!!! Man the Twin Props sure have changed Dragboat racing! Just think if Jim Faulkerson had not invested over $500,000 designing a Twin screw Hull. No one thought it would make a difference till he laid down a 5.00@216 at Firebird back in like 1998-'99! The rest is history!
I remember Jack Ostrander trying to build a twin prop boat back in the mid 70's. But never got it to water.
And I saw Jimmy Wright at Columbiaville, MI set the record at 214 MPH in Nitro Fever. The boat was owned by a guy named Rick Hendrick, and he also drove a boat in Hydro Comp. Anybody ever hear of him? LOL
Thanks for sharing the link. I always wanted to pilot a TFH. Is there any events close to Chicago that people know about? I'd love to get involved on some level if it was a possibility...

Jason: The only race I know of near Chitown is at CREVE COEUR Lake. It's on the west side of St. Louis. MO.
Looks like it is a Division two race now. Last time I raced there was around 1980. I also see that High Point, NC is back on, that was always a great race.
