Well, ... I learned not to go on Facebook during race day. The race teams themselves seem to feel the need to post everything that goes on between rounds. JFR is the worst. Lesson learned! No fun watching on TV if you already know what happens.
These are the days of instant information on social media unfortunately for people that tape or dvr these things it's best to stay off line and away from such sites.
Have to agree with above, if you don't want spoilers, stay off FB and Twitter for a few hours. If I can't see the race on TV I like seeing what's happening as it happens through social media.
