This sounds like a neat deal, but why did they need the SEC to approve this? Doesn't sound like any type of tradeable security.
Thats kinda what I was thinking....

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Race tickets cost much much more than that.
I don't buy it.
Buyer beware I say.
It was at 150+ but the delay when you hit the button on the digital camera
missed it.
I hope someone else was holding the camera!
It's a full event ticket. Racers pay less than $49.95 for general admission full event passes. I would imagine that since Dodge and Snap-on are involved, they are getting them even cheaper. Most everything in this package cost EE Racing little to nothing. A few of the "discounts" even generate profit.OK... So basically it is a fan club membership. For $49.95 you get:
An autographed "stock certificate".
Hat, T-Shirt, ID Card, Lanyard and Pin.
One full national event ticket.
$300 cash rebate if you buy a dodge.
A discount on merchandise at her website or merchandise trailer.
One time invite to her hospitality area with meals, meet and greet.
50% off Snap On tool starter set.
20% off a die cast car.
Really not all that bad since you can pick the event you want.
I am pretty sure I read all the posts on this subject and have yet to see a link to a website that lists all the perks of buying some Enders stock??
checked the endersracing website--not up and running yet
