Edwards retiring?

I heard that Mike Edwards sold all of his stuff to a Pro Stock part timer (don't know which one) and that Mike has retired? I hope that's not true, and I am sure Mike would be a great addition to any team as crew chief if he so chooses.

this is bad news. when I was in Vegas I was saying good buy to Mike and telling I would probably see him in Gainsville. He said that he didn't think he would be there. I was shocked he said that but didn't think much about it.

Mike has been an awesome competitor out there, gonna miss him.

When asked in Pomona about the loss of people to Gray/Cagnazzi Mike said "It may be time for me to do something else" so no big surprise. Sad to see him retire. I remember him from modified eleminator days where he was just as tough as he has been in Pro Stock.
