Early 70's Pro Stock Pics (1 Viewer)

Ah yes... back in the days when you could tell what make and model of car it was. <tear rolling down cheek>

Love them old Pics.

By the way mark, are there any plans for u to return to action anytime soon!

Very cool pics! Notice how many different types of "wheelie bars" were tried over the years? Man, one looks RIGID and must have really given the driver a good jolt when he got up on those bars!

The Duster made a real nice Pro Stock package, Reid had some of the best Mopars out there.:)

Welcome to the Mater, Mark and what a first post.

I'm partial to the Dart myself..badass!!

Neat shots..
Lots of memories
Gainsville has changed a bit since the early 70's. I remember it well.

sweet pics mark! when will we see you back in pro stock
I would love to be driving again, but the cost of competing at a top ten level has doubled over the last couple of years. We will keep trying to attract more marketing partner's for Team DBP and hopefully run a team car in the future. A two car team is a huge advantage out there right now.

Hey Mark...

Did your Dad ever do any match racing at Elk Creek Dragway ( Virginia ) ..I seem to remember he did ...I saw him several times at Bristol..( in the day ! )
