Yellowbullet is winning for best online forum. Nitromater and Competition Plus are down. What is up with that? I know Competition Plus monitors the forums carefully to keep the riff raff out, and we here for the most part are self policing. Do people really get off on name calling and wild speculation? Wait a minute, I know the answer to that, I am just constantly amazed that people do so. I guess some people have nothing better to do.

it's a very biased opinion but BIR should get waaaay more attention as a 'track of the year'. they do more to host
a week long event providing accommodations to their guests (fans) for 7 days....way over and above what NHRA
provides for their 4 day race. you take the camping privileges away from that event and everything else Jed and
Kristi Copham provide for their guests and i'd be surprised if the event would even remain; as it is the Lucas family seems very proud to hang their name on this unique annual event.

I used to go the the bullet once in awhile and was surprised that they never talked drag racing. Not sure how it can be a racing board even. Of course I haven't checked in for a few years so maybe they talk racing now

LOTS of racing talk over there, but 90% of it is from 10.5 and Drag Radial buffs. There's chat going on in the PSM forum - Krawiec is the moderator - but very little nitro discussion. I think what makes the Bullet popular is the sheer number of members and different forums that have nothing to do with racing (cooking, guns, political, etc). Their downside is the the incredible amount of rifraff and internet tough guys who constantly bombard the place with porn and member-vs-member fighting, which is allowed in their unmoderated 'trash' forum.

Best to come here or CP if professional drag racing is on your mind.

What Carl said times 2, I make the rounds myself and hit all the sites. No clear favorite for me.
