Yea I have to agree, he can say whatever he wants, however he wants in a private conversation with his kid, makes him now less of a scum bag for saying it, and his son no less a piece of work for putting it out there. You cant use a racial slur today, then tomorrow I cant discuss my catholic/jewish/morman faith tomorrow. If you dont like what he says then dont watch his show, or dont pay him to trace a bail skipper...thats your legal recorse. Now if he told a hispanic employee that, or he used public money to push that opinion then he needs to be taken care of legally.
