I don't know if this is the right forum for my question, but several years ago I bought an old WJ 1/24 blue and white GM Performance Parts Olds Cutlass. It was kinda' beat-up and didn't cost me much and was going to be perfect to have re-done as a replica of a car my Dad and I raced in Super Gas for a few years. I gave it to a guy to do the job and he ended up stroking me on the deal and only got it repainted something close to the base color.

I would like to look into the cost of finishing the deal, but don't really know where to start. Is there anyone out there than does this kind of thing?
