Dang basketball-no final round on TV

yeah, my DVR didn't catch the finals either. I normally set it up to record up to an hour after the original stop time, but for some reason it didn't get the finals. Fortunately I can go to ESPN3 and look at the replay.

That a very rare occurrence so don't get used to it (LOL).

The only good final was Pro Stock (I can't believe I just said that) it was good to Larry Morgan win. PSB was snooze (Harley Davidson). The fuel classes were DSR benefit races again, wanted the see either Del, or Chad win F/C, and Clay for T/F.

are furious today....'that damn drag racing!!'

did notice though that 40-45 minutes transpired between the last semi-final and the finals....that's a lot of airtime
with filler when the average tv viewer is turning on a RACE to watch RACING. hope they didn't lose viewers
with all that down time.

also....TJ apparently oiled the track in the FC final...i thought there would be a longer delay to the TF final, but there
was not; and antron won from the same lane....kudos to the s. safari, or the oil was not as bad as it looked??

From what I heard from the broadcast, it was a fuel leak. Which if I am not mistaken, is much easier and quicker to clean up then oil.

I was wondering if anyone else noticed all the tap dancing going on between the semis and the finals.
I added an extra hour to my DVR and I got everything.
I can't remember, someone help me out here. Is the stated aim for live shows both the semis AND the finals? If so, expect a lot more tap dancing.
Big congratulations to Larry Morgan. Man, did my old-geezer heart good to see him get that win. That appeared to be a popular win with both fans and racers alike. Even old GA didn't seem all that upset about runner-upping to Larry.

Could be another reason more sponsors are not looking at drag racing as a good way of spending their money.

Stick and ball sports seem to draw more attention then drag racing and I am sure the sponsors see this happening.

I've got DirecTV, added 1 hr, got the finals no problem.

I'm stupid, didn't no race was on till 3:00, so I got to only see the finals. Kinda glad another series got delayed besides Drag Racing for a change
