Cops executed pets after Katrina

They're not homeless, they are in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Baton Rouge, Picayune, Jackson...etc. Just like here in Gulfport, MS there are a lot people not coming back. After two years, you get established somewhere else. The problem is rebuilding residences. People are still having problems with insurance companies from the storm, new, higher insurance rates, new base elevations for finished floors in flood zones (that make little sense). Say the base flood elevation according to FEMA is 13 feet. They make you build at 17 feet or higher after Katrina. In some areas like these, they had over 24 feet of water. What have they really accomplished? Many ground elevations in Hancock County, MS are less than 10 feet. Many of the houses lost were on 10 foot stilts. We probably don't want to know what all went on in New Orleans. It was pretty much anarchy from what we heard here. Even police were looting. They were caught on video by a reporter. Unfortunately, just like FEMA, the police were not ready for a disaster of such magnitude.

You are right, they arent homeless. All the desitute hoodlums and drug delaers and murderers etc from New Orleans are all in Houston now. I'm not saying that everyone from there is like these people, but they should have shot them and took the dogs.
Some of the story's I have heard are unreal. In Livingston, one of the churches opened its doors to them and let them stay in the church and fed them and everything. How'd they return the favor? By ripping the place apart.
They stole almost everything in the church. They ripped holes in the wall. They made holes in the women's restroom wall so they could look thru and see them. They got up in the rafters and stole stuff. They pee'd and worst on the pews, on the walls, in the halls, etc. The church was closed for 2 months b/c they basically had to redo everything.
My best friend is a teacher and the school district she works for opened the school classrooms up for them to stay in. Same thing, they destroyed it and stole everything.
And now almost 3 years later, they are still on Houston TV bitching about FEMA cutting there funding. GET A JOB LOSER. Unreal. Allowing all them scumbags to come here was the WORST thing that we ever did.
Dont get me wrong, I feel bad for all those people who lost everything, but the people we got here in Houston were the trash that didnt have anything and couldnt get out on there own so they bused them over here and they arent ever going back.
Its like every night on the news there's a shooting, stabbing, murder, robbery, etc and guess who's involved? Yep, a Katrina evacuee. To prove my point, I heard last week on the radio and the exact numbers may be wrong but it said that in Houston last year we had 302 murders, 74 by Katrina people. Thats almost 1/3rd!
I think I have heard that 225,000 people from NO are here in Houston now. I dont know if thats accurate or not but thats what I heard. Not that it matters since we have millions of illegals here anyways and apparently our own government doesnt even care.
I volunteer to take a bus load or two back, even at my own expense.

somewhat related, i was told by a soldier returned from iraq that he
utilized special sniper rifles with silencers just for eliminating
dogs & cats while on patrol; evidently the opposition uses these
animals to smell and/or hear our forces, inevitably giving up their position.
