What a great year in FC. I was torn between Ron and Jack and it was great to see DSR win the title for the second year in a row. DSR has become the elite team in fuel racing. Congrats everyone.

Well deserved championship. However, I think Jack had lady luck on his side. A lady named Courtney. She red lit against him in Vegas, when Jack was there for the taking, and beat Capps in Pomona. Courtney probably isn't on Ron's Christmas list right now. LOL

"Let them race"?? Looks to me like he never had a chance to make that decision. I know what he says, but I still wonder what would have happened if it came down to both cars in the finals?

In his interview after the TF finals you could tell without question he was not very happy about Antron winning the championship over Tony.

Congrats, Jack, to you and your entire team! Well deserved! I would have been happy with either Jack or Ron winning, but was rooting more for Jack. The way that team rose to the challenge after the big switch up speaks volumes.

I don't care if it was top fuel, or pinewood derby, I would want my son(s) to win also.

Meantime, though I've ejoyed Capps since he was driving for Roger Primm, I was thrilled to see JB pull it out.

Would LOVE to have seen them run for all the marbles in the final - but, it was still a VERY exiting day!

I know Page brought it up after Capps loss, but I wonder if anyone on the team considered giving the semis round win away by making an easy pass (assuring no chance of a 10 point oil down penalty). I think I would have gone for the "bird in the hand".....

Congratulations to Jack and team for overcoming a crappy hand dealt to them early in the season with the car/crew switch!!! Even Mike Dunn mentioned that it was "karma" for the whole switch...

Yep, I knew your dad and Frank many years ago. Great guys and a real hoot to be around. Still have lunch with many of the guys from back in the day once a month. Charlie and Frank were serious racers. It's obvious where you and Todd got your start. Used to see Frank occasionally.
