thanks ken. i thought this might be the case. i do find it unusual that you can run 1 pro class and another not-pro class, that looks and smells like a pro class, but you can't run 2 pro classes,what happened to get him in a fuel car was there was no other car available for him to run (PS or PM) so he decided to try TF. You can only run one pro class per event (PS, PSM, TF, FC) but you can run any other class along with one pro class. Kenny Koretsky was the last driver I know off to run 2 pro classes in an event (TF and PS) but the rule changed sometime after he did that
especially in case of alex laughlin, who has shown he has the ability to bring sponsors into the sport that want exposure via the nhra.
