You were the last girl standing and great job by your crew. They got you down the track for an historic victory. Wasn't an easy victory either. Long time JFR nemesis Cruz is hard to beat.

My hats off to Courtney and her team for a great win this past weekend. That trophy couldn't have went to a nicer or well deserved team.

Good solid win by the team! Like Lee said, Cruz is about as tough as they get, and man, what a race! The whole race weekend was a good one. The Force family was genuine in their excitement, and it was refreshing to see (Lori was a crack-up, super fun, gushing about a movie and a lucky hotel room number etc.). Brittany had a machine this weekend, wow did she ever, so congrats to her team as well. Man, what a strange scene that would have been had Courtney r/u'pd and Brittany win the 100th and her first Pro in one round. Anyway, was a great ending to a very long day of sitting on my butt (Monaco, then Indy, then even I watched the 600, then NHRA)

Thanks to all the ladies of our sport, in every class, and to the Pro wins that helped make this possible. Well done.

And to add icing on the cake, her nephew crapped in a real toilet this weekend for the first time. John's words, not mine. I think that excited the old man more than anything else this weekend.

THAT much race watching would never happen in my house! I'm SURE your butt was sore. LOL

That was a great post, Kevin. I know the pain of sitting for such a long time. From Tue morning until Sun night... I drove 14 hours and then flew 5 hours and then watched some recorded and some live, Allstar race,Truck race, Cup practices, Cup qualifying, Nationwide practice, Nationwide qualifying, Race Hubs, all of the pre race shows, Nationwide race, F1 practice-qualifying-and race, plus a 2.5 hour F1 documentary, Motorcycle race, Indy qualifying, Carb day, Indy Lights race, Indy 500 race, Coke 600 race, and the Atlanta and Topeka qualifying and drag races. I never really got bored, but my arse is a little sore from sitting so long. But, that's a small price to pay for the two biggest weekends in motorsports.:D

I think a nice jester Courtney could do would make sure every lady that contributed to the 100 wins got a copy of the pink Wally.

plus a 2.5 hour F1 documentary
I watched a lot of the same shows, but you still win. Not sure when that F1 Documentary was made, but I'm rather sure it's what fired-up Ron to make "Rush". It's a great documentary. I am always amazed at the quality of video/film that spans such a broad time span of time (like the espnClassic Indy 500's and the F1 doc). The old races were filmed so the quality is usually still quite good and clear, where as when they first switched over to video cameras, the quality was horrendous then as they get closer to the period of time HD came about, the quality gets better again. Too bad, as some of my favorite Indy 500's were from the 70's and early 80's. Just a bunch of fuzzy things going around on the TV, but still cool. Anyway...YOU definitely win the flattened rear award.
