Congradulations to Greg Anderson

Looks like he's got this one in the bag, Greg's a good Champion though, he's very competitive, yet very appreciative when he wins.

Lance,

I agree 100%. The guy has to do it all and still comes out on top. I can't imagine the amount of drive guys like Greg have to succeed.

Also, Mike was a good champion as well. Maybe next year we'll see a Mopar and Ford in the mix as well.

Geez guys,

Can't you be nice and give credit where it's due? You guys are about as caustic as the clowns running for election.

Greg Anderson will be your Pro Stock World Champion because he's the best in his class. The best engine program, the best chassis program and yes...the best driver. There will be those that point to Jeggie as the best pure driver (and he may be), but that's all Jeggie does is drive. Greg is the overall best in his class. He caught and passed Mike Edwards on his way to the championship. A couple of posts (Jack's in particular) have lost site of the fact that throwing money at a program doesn't make you a champion. There are several (very) well funded programs that won't have a number "1" on their windows when they show up for the Winternationals in Pomona.

Just to show I'm fair and balanced, Allen Johnson (Mopar) probably has the strongest car in the class right now. His car is not consistent on race day. Qualifying is great, but consistency on Sunday is what wins championships.

Congratulations to Greg and the entire Summit team!
