There's still a faint glimmer of hope though. An upset of the Buckeyes tomorrow then 2 wins in the Big 10 tourney should get them into the ncaa

i dont follow college basketball with religious-like affiliation for ND like i do in football....i am just a spectator, i dont really have a team.....but i did pick Georgetown before the season started, and i'm not backin off that now, so i gotta pull for them...GO HOYAS!!!

When does football season start?



We've got a new B-ball coach (Jeff Capel), lost some players with the change, but things seem to moving along. We're destined for the NIT at best and that's pretty much where we should be. We're definitely in rebuilding mode.

My UK Wildcats have hit the wall ... lost 5 of their last 7 ... Florida became the first SEC team in HISTORY to beat UK 6 straight times ... second straight season with a dozen losses most likely ... longest Final 4 drought in school history ... I will now light myself on fire ....

It shouldn't be secure ... but it probably is. He has a contract thru 2011 and it probably would cost a fortune to buy him out and fire him.

They were talking about Tubby's job on the sports talk radio in Tulsa today - as he spent some time coaching here - and they were speculating on Billy Gillespie from A&M.

My Razorbacks just beat South Carolina big in Atlanta. We get Vandy tomorrow. Guess Stan Heath is employed for another day. Our team finally seems to be hitting on all eight for once.

Michigan played an ugly game but won, hopefully some other bubble teams lose today and we can beat Ohio State, like we should have done last weekend

I really don't follow college basketball (or the pros either for that matter). But last weekend I stopped into a local pub before attending a hockey game and watched the WSU/USC game on television. It was pretty exciting stuff. Don't know how far WSU will go in the NCAA tournament, but I'll be pulling for them.
