I think that's great. In this day and age it's obviously much harder to go out and build a new track than it used to be, so this is exciting news.

Why would they build condominiums right on site? That is just DUMB. You will be building the homes of the people that will become your biggest noise complainers for the rest of your project.

I am glad the city council cleared the way ... can the guy come up with the money? At least one city councilman doesn't think so. I wouldn't get too excited in Tulare til the money is in the bank and some earth is getting moved ...
