If any of you have Shortness Of Breath (as I do), here is a simple exercise that can help a lot. Sit in a chair. Raise your hands as high above your head as you can (like hands up). Breathe deeply several times & repeat during the day. When you are SOB, you're only using the top portion of your lungs, so you can't breathe, wheeze & tend to cough. This exercise forces the bottom portion of your lungs to inflate more & breathing gets easier. Just FYI. I hope all Maters stay well.
