I probably missed the original thread on this. Bobby went out and strapped in a hot rod and let Roy put him through the paces. It is a good story, and I bet Bobby sees everything from a different angle from now on.

Yes, Roy may scream at you like a drill instructor -- but the key is, do what he tells you to do -- and you won't get the wrath. Once you get past that and learn not to take this stuff personal -- you'll quickly realize that Roy is a very good teacher.

Yep, I was there. Bobby did pretty well, considering the "demons from the past" that the brought (the trans-brake issue) and the fact that he knew that he only had one day to complete the process.

He had to miss the first day, since he got stuck at the Gatornationals, and the third day of the school was gonna be a wash-out because of rain moving into the Valdosta area.

Good work under pressure.
