Bob Glidden returns?

Wow, first race behind the wheel of Cunningham's Ford and already the naysaying has started. Remember this was a last minute decision, and Glidden probably hasn't even worked on the engine yet. Last night they put a .69 on the board, quickest that particular car has gone. This morning they ran a .70, far from the .63 bump, but it's still progress for that car. Highly doubtful they'll find 7 hundredths. Bob's value will pay off more on the engine building/tuning side of the equation.

I guess time will tell !

Who would you rather have in that car-Glidden or Cunningham? I think it's great for the sport to have Bob back. Sunday, when he came up the return road after each of his runs he got a standing ovation from the fans. Bob is a legend and is extremely fan friendly. I only see good things from him driving that car, whethe rhe qualifies or not.

GREAT to have Bob back! That's a Ford I'm happy to root for.

I've always thought he was the best all around in the history of the class. Good for Bob, good for Ford!
