Medlen's team was not made up of all the "best" guys. The last couple years he had mainly new team members. When Eric had his crash, there were only 2 crew members who would be considered veterans. The rest were 1st year guys. I worked on Erics car with Medlen and I loved the guy like a brother. But, Tony P had way more experience and was a MUCH better driver, so, Like my original post...If you give Medlen a team like we had in 2003, and a Driver such as Tony P (or similar caliber) you WILL have a championship.
