if no one pays they put a generic pic of a busines or family on the cover... its good advertising but it was bought advertising...

Does anybody actually use this thing anymore? In our part of the world they're trying to pass a law to make it an "opt-in" thing, to save paper. An estimated 40% go straight into the recycle bin.
