I find it interesting how some of the same guys get shuffled back and forth between DSR and JFR.

When I was a young pup someone told me moving around is the best way to advance your career - especially salary-wise. "I'll pay you what he was paying....plus 10%" It's proved sage advice - I've never moved to a lower paying position.

Of course these guys are among the best there is; being able to deliver top performance keeps them in demand with top teams!
