BARKLAGE RACING SEEKING BIG WIN FOR FIRST RACE OF 2007
during the 27th Annual Super Chevy Show in Bradenton , Florida

February 6, 2007 ( BRADENTION , FL ) – After a long, cold winter, the winning brother team of Barklage Racing is heading to warmer weather for the Super Chevy Show in Bradenton , Florida . 2006 showed the world the team means business on the track, and after winning several races, Barklage Racing is back in action and hungry for further success in 2007.

“We are really hitting things early and looking to further develop our race program,” said Zach Barklage. “We did very well in Super Chevy last season, and feel we really have a lot we can build on for this season. Both cars are running well, and our whole team is hoping we come out of the gate strong. I think we’ve done well stepping things up and I believe we will have a very productive season.”

“I’m excited with all we are doing this year,” added Cody Barklage. “We worked very hard and proved we have one of the best teams in Pro Modified. I think this season we will solidify what we have going for us. I’m very focused coming into our first race, and I know my brother Zach and I are really looking forward to some more all Barklage finals in Super Chevy.”

In addition to the excitement of the start of the 2007 racing season, Barklage Racing has entered into a new partnership with Torco Racing Fuel.

“We are excited to have Torco Racing Fuel on board with us for 07,” commented team owner Mark Barklage. “I hope this is the start to a long and positive relationship. Torco has made a tremendous impact on our sport, and our hope is to represent them in the highest manner.
