Only have 10 TF touring regulars showing up this weekend. Ida, T. Schumake, S. Chrisman, J. Opatrny, and S. Palmer.
you know, the guy that just wadded up that beautiful corvette PM a few weeks ago. i'm amazed he's on the list.
how can you complain when you have 5 independents already showing up. absence of Torrence will be felt with E1 bye.
probably going to run into same problem at pomona and vegas. if they get one more TF entry for vegas1, they
can host the innaugural 3-wides.

Jake is pulling out for this weekend

TF has 15 entries so far. FC 20 I think. Wonder if they’ll get a 16th TF. I thought Billy Torrance was going to run the full season.

Billy wasn't at Gainesville. Looks like they are running a limited schedule.

Really surprised/happy to see Steve Chrisman on the entry list. He also had a pretty nasty heart attack a few years ago and I remember talking to him about it in either Pomona or Vegas at some point in the last few years. I dont think he has ran since. Also curious whos car he is in. His car was sold a long time ago and he ran once in awhile for the Worsham's in their dragster they loaned out for licensing but I did not think they still had it.

Looking forward as always to my favorite weekend of the year. Getting to see all my racing friends I only see once or twice a year is always great. While I do miss shooting and writing articles, I had a lot of fun just being a fan last year, in fact it was the first time in all of the years I have been going to the drags I did not bring my camera on Saturday & Sunday. I just watched and hung out with friends and family. Weather will be on the tad warm side but still very manageable for late March in Phoenix. In fact we got lucky again this year, last two weekends have been rainy (it only rained once since August before) and after it being 87 on Sunday, it is suppose to climb a few degrees a day to topping out at 97 on Wednesday.

Energy companies are not going to spend huge amounts of capital to find resources, just to overproduce and drive down the price of those assets.
Plus we already make too much oil and companies sell it on world market for higher price that it would go for here. Gas prices are carefully controlled. They are likely never going down.

No, they are not going down. Nor are any other prices. There is really no such thing as economic deflation. We are stuck with high prices.

"Gas prices fell for the fourth straight week on Monday and are likely to continue sliding below $3 per gallon, according to experts.

The average price of a gallon of regular gas is currently $3.078 across the U.S. as of March 18, according to AAA data. This is down from $3.081 a week earlier; $3.161 last month; and $4.367 last year.

The average price for a gallon of gas is also currently below $3 in 34 states, according to GasBuddy.com, which monitors gas prices across the U.S."
