I think the funding was set before the deal was announced. It’s taking some time to get everything put together. It’s my understanding they bought a truck/trailer from JFR and are getting things ready.

I had the same question. He is not one of the multi-billionair people. My read of his bio is he is supported in all the forms of motor racing he does by the sponsors he has, he doesn't have his own treasury. Kind of like Force.
I thought they had said Salinas had let all his people go.
