She was initially on the entry list for Atlanta. It wasn't announced until the Thursday before the race, so it's too early to hear if she will miss Topeka since it's not for another week.

I don't know man; I was really surprised; borderline shocked - when I read it earlier this week!!
Okay, I'm joking - - but seriously, I hope "the car" gets there and runs the race. Because last year, Alexis ran her season-best speed and ET there, Scott's DHL car driven by Worsham then ran the team's Funny Car season-best speed and Doug won the top fuel Wally. The team does pretty well there historically.
I can't imagine the Patron team not making the race - albeit Chad or Alexis

Just looked at the Entry List, and she's still on it.
Well I like Alexis and I hope whatever she's dealing with turns out ok. Out of all the female racers involved today, she seems the most like a real "car guy". Not taking away from any of the other racers, but I know she's into muscle cars and customs too, she just seems to be all around cool.

this is getting serious for that team!!! cant be good for the consistency of the car. but this is where the countdown can work for a team. if they can get their act together soon and have Alexis back in the seat soon they will still have a chance of getting in the top 5. They have a great crew chief, but not having your driver in the car must be a hardship.
i have no idea whats going on with Alexis but i hope things get worked out for her. i think shes a good driver and a great person to have in our sport.
