Met Alex a couple years ago at Seattle. This guy is genuinely a good person. Very fan-oriented and loves racing. Just what our sport needs, good for him!
Was just on NHRA site there are showing 19 cars , Josh Hart, Arthur Allen, Joe Morrison, Justin Ashley, Doug Foley and Billy Torrence added to your list.

On Monday in Wichita, Kan., Alex Laughlin successfully completed the steps necessary to obtain his NHRA Top Fuel license, and he’s scheduled to make his official debut at this weekend’s Dodge//SRT Mile-High NHRA Nationals at Denver’s Bandimere Speedway.
In Alex's words ( the real numbers, it’s not really that much more to race in Top Fuel ) really am I missing something?
Mike Minick or any other fuel guys care to give me a cost per run ?
I suppose if you wad up a couple of P/S or ProMod may help in equalizing the cost of fuel racing.

I’ve been quoted $10K a run for the fuel cars. The cost for a pro mod is much less. I will ask around this weekend to get a number. Believe it or not, it costs more money to build a pro mod than a Top Fuel car.
