Fontana will not reopen to any track run events till all restrictions are lifted.

Bakersfield is trying to put some type schedule together but its very tough without knowing the future. AAA was a great sponsor there for many years however the loss is going to effect track operations.

What he said.....It is still a noise making sum bitch from time to time.
Noise wasn't the issue, that deal was settled a long time ago. The deal was that the Napps took the offer from IAA and shut down the drag strip because it wasn't making any money while the drifters were coming out in full-force. The IAA money went to paying off all the cousins, ex-wives and other Napps to buy their shares out.

California's illustrious governor wakes up every morning trying to figure out how to slow down a virus that makes finding an intensive care bed within a 100 mile radius of Autoclub Fontana Dragway harder than taking a golf club out of a president's hand. If you live anywhere near the track, you might want to put off that heart attack or stroke you were planning on having. It is astounding the disrespect we have for the very people we run to when things go south healthwise.

I was asked a couple of weeks ago to go out and crew on a car running the SCCA Club event. Not sure if it's still on, but will take some photos if we go.
