How many drivers were in the 5 second club and the 4 second club? Frank Bradley was one of those. Not too many.

Am I missing something? How does this apply to the Primm story?

Holcomb was one of the 4 second guys. Story I heard was that he used nitrous, which was not illegal at the time.
