It looks like Luis Dayer's car. He, Brad Klein and Paul Rebeschi were the only "somewhat" regulars that ran the Grand Prix body style.

I think it's Bob Perry. He usually hit the east coast events. Another Grand Prix PS that hit the eats coast races was the team of Al Martinello & Richard Carbone.
