These people don't think like most of the civilized world. Execution is the last thing we should deploy. I do, however, endorse the practice of waterboarding. Except in this case it would not be water, it would be pork drippings at an accelerated rate.

That is brilliant. Have him get off on some technicality, put him on a plane to Damascus quite publicly, have the CIA meet the plane and "disappear" him. "What do you mean, you saw him leave, how do we know what happened??"
