I would like to see it in person.....once. I really don't care for it on TV but I will watch anyway.

Sorry, I guess I just love drag racing! It doesn't matter if it's 2-wide, 4-wide, Pros, Sportsman, Street, Boats, etc.

Don't like it? Don't watch it!
I love it too
Not watch? NO WAY
and been a fan since the 60's (I'm 69)
Just Not right to me
Crass over commercialization if you get my meaning. But that's the times we live in.

!LOUD!
Would be a mind blower for a first timer.
I'm sure I'd like it but it's just not right to this old guy

I have been going to at least one pro race a year since 1982, I attend the 4 wides last year for the first time with some prodding from my son, the first few top fuel runs there was some tire smoke and only 1 or 2 cars getting down the track, then there was a quad with 4 full pulls and wow! every hair on me stood on end and I was hooked! 4 wide is cool.

4 full runs is impressive

My first Natl event was 66 USNationals, that was a HS grad present. Been going since then. When they built RT66 I died and went to heaven. 20 mins from my house! Since then I have moved to NW Indiana which is only an hour away

I attended for the first time today and I didn't care for it. I went with an open mind but don't plan on going to the 4 wide race again. I prefer to focus on two cars. My wife has only been to a few NHRA National events and she had the same response. To me the "awe" factor that a Nitro car brings was not much more enhanced with 4. I can accept 1000 feet, but still prefer 2 cars.

I personally enjoy alky cars because that is what I raced. They are much quicker and faster than 35+ years ago but still take me back (the TADs and TAFCs still shift twice). My only negative is the 2 step. I loved the rising rpms during staging before the 2 step became the norm.

Fans get less racing/qualifications. Instead of 8 rounds of qualifying in each session, you only get 4. Same for 1st round of Eliminations. Not a fan of 4-wide.

Definitely hate it on tv, might be interesting live

If they can get the camera angles right then It would me desirable, It's easy to decipher 2 cars but 4 is a little more to digest especially when they post e.t. and mph at the end of the pass and you have to rifle thru 4 drivers instead of 2.

Attended live and hated it, watched recording and hated it. Refused to watch broadcast a few years until this qualifying session thinking it might have improved over time. Guess I'll go another few years without watching. Has also adversely affected my attendance and broadcast viewing of other races because of my negative attitude.

I get that not everyone loves the 4-Wide. That's fine. Anybody notice the stands yesterday? I believe that's evidence that there are people who do.
