Driver of the Matco Tools Eagle Experience Top Fuel Dragster

“Pacific Raceway Nationals has always been a great place to race – we’ve won here several times and love the atmosphere. We’ve come off some really good race weekends with a win, a runner-up, and have been to the semis, and we’re looking just to keep on doing the same thing. The main thing that we want to do is start off with a good qualifying effort, and we definitely want to get in that top five of qualifying to set ourselves up for race day.

“I know this race weekend here is going to be a really good test that we need to get out there and get after, because when we get into Countdown, I think it’s going to be a cooler fall this year, so the tracks want to get really good. So this is going to be our first test to see if we can make this thing go fast, so we’re gonna keep our head down and get after it and try to put this Matco Tools Eagle Experience Top Fuel Dragster up there in those top spots. This is the last leg of being out here on the West Coast right now before we go back to Brainerd and go to Indy. So we’re just looking to have a really good outing.”
