]I visited where they keep the Clydesdales once in St Louis and decided that in my next life I want to come back as a Clydesdale![ That would be Grant's Farm, where some of the Busch's lived at one time. Don't know if you can still do this, but we were able to go into the stable and pet these remarkably gentle animals.

Today I ran across the Budweiser Clydesdale's hauler; quite an impressive rig I might add; rivals any pro race car hauler out there, with not one speck of dust on it. :)

Pretty sure it's more than just A hauler.... Last time I saw the Clydesdales in Indy, I watched the convoy of Bud haulers arrive at the track after dark. I don't remember the exact number of haulers but there were a lot of them, and they were all lit up like a Christmas tree whith probably hundreds of lights on each truck, and not one bulb was burned out! It was a sight to see all the trucks lined up outside the back gate of IRP waiting for security to let them in.

Maybe it's just me, but I always thought giving the gift of a Clydesdale, or even a Shetland Pony, was a bit strange. I mean, on one hand cool, but in reality, you just got handed a huge responsibility and expense. Am I looking at it wrong?

Not really looking at it wrong. At various times in my life I've taken care of horses, and it's dirty hard work. Boarding, feeding and vet expenses are not cheap either. But on the other hand, how many other people do you know who own a Clydesdale?

Budweiser is no longer an American owned company and there are so many other beers I prefer.
So was this thread started to find out what KB is up to now-a-days or a horse?

Well if this thread is about beer, I prefer a Hefeweizen in a pilsner glass with a slice of lemon on top. Of course I do like to change it up from time to time and have a Pacifico (Mexican style Pilsner).

However, I much prefer a Australian Victoria Bitter, but you can't buy that here in the US. Those greedy bastards.

VB is good I liked Cascade and Toohey's New, XXX not so much!
You can get anything you want on line!
I've bought cases.

Well getting back to KB, i heard he was at Pomona this year, but is really enjoying his life away from racing.

I heard a blip rumor a while back about Kenny wanting to hop back into a fuel car but may not be true. Brandon was working for Alan Johnson as a general manager trying to get sponsors for him, Don't know if he is still there. Every once in a while you will see him being interviewed by the NHRA tv crew.

Brandon is still there I believe, and would love to drive again. There's one constant in all of motorsports: Too many drivers chasing too few dollars.
