What's the news on Leah Pruett?

I haven't heard anything about her since she made some passes in a DSR funnycar a few months ago. Is anything in the works for this year?

My guess is unless she can wrestle up some $$$ it'll have to wait.

She's just got her nostalgia car that I know of. She was trying to sweet talk Pluegs into giving her one of his motors at Bakersfield.

I would assume its going to wait till '09 to come to fruition if it ever does... Scelzi is still in for '08 and I think the announced plan was for her to get his ride... Look at the Force deal, they hyped up the whole Ashley moving up for a while before she actually drove... If Leah was driving this year why wouldn't Schumacher be announcing it? Her altered isn't a bad Plan B though... I guess we will know for sure when the testing season rolls around (she still doesn't have her license)... Best of luck to her and her plans...
