Ill start the thread: Whs going to Vegas and where ya coming from?

Me: Be there Tuesday thru Monday. Renting a Harley for a few days to get lost in the desert and then off to the track. Coming from northen Wisconsin where currently it is a blizzard.

Do any casinos take wagers on the races? I know Palace station did last fall but in the spring they didnt. Anybody?
 
This year, Palms, Cannery, Cannery Eastside, South Point, Rampart and El Cortez (downtown) should post numbers for the NHRA event.
 
We're driving up from Phoenix as soon as I can get out of work on Friday. I've got Saturday at the track all to myself and the rest of the family with me on Sunday for the elims. :cool:
 
Thursday to Tuesday; not sure if we are going to Fremont Street; my kid has been bugging me to go see The Asylum Haunted House.
 
Fri Sat and Sun for me.
Coming in from the central coast of the people's republik of Kalifornia.
 
My brother and I get in on Thursday, stayin til Monday, from Minnesnowta. We're staying at the Rio. I think a couple guys from Texas are tagging along with us.
 
Thursday-Sunday night for me, red eye home to Boston, work 4 days then back to Vegas on Thursday for the D7 race and on to Pomona for the Finals. I will be with the Moduline TAFC, look me up, any Mater meeting in Vegas??
 
big doug , u comin up to hard rock sat night ,,,,, i fly in wed morn fly out mon morn ,,,,,, i was goin to see if u wanted to do some vol work on a tf car ,,, looks like he got the extra money to make tow etc etc ,,,, hell just hangin out with me would make ur trip worth the while hahahahaha ,,, as a bonus, buzz killer is makin a special appearance ,,,, east coast connection

Too close to my due date to travel to this race so I'm glad I went for Vegas 1 in April.

C'mon Kris, having a baby due is no reason to miss a race at one of the nicest tracks out there. Especially when it's Vegas on Halloween weekend.:D

Set your time back by 1 hour Saturday night as Daylight saving ends.

Some might question if I have canceled my trip, based on that forecast. As you might know, Paul, I have been the bringer of rain to several events this year. I have not canceled and will indeed be hangin' with you and Messrs. Cook, Rice, League, et al. I CANNOT WAIT!
