TORCO To Back Hagan in 2007

December 18, 2006 - RADFORD, VIRGINIA-Matt Hagan Racing would like to formally announce that TORCO Race Fuels will be the primary sponsor for both the 1968 Camaro and the 1963 Split-Window Corvette that Matt Hagan will be piloting in IHRA, NHRA, and ADRL events in 2007.

Hagan's cars will be branded as the TORCO ACCELERATOR 1968 CAMARO and the TORCO ACCELERATOR 1963 Split-Window Corvette, and will feature new paint schemes and the TORCO Accelerator brand emblazoned on the sides of the vehicles.

"I first found out about the Accelerator product when we met with TORCO and they gave us an overview of their products and services," explains Matt Hagan. "I tried it out in my boat and my 4-wheeler and all I can say is WOW. I'm glad we get a chance to promote the product because it really works."

Accelerator is unleaded fuel concentrate, and when blended with a 93-octane super unleaded, it makes up to a 107-octane race fuel for many of today's race cars, streetcars, motorcycles, watercraft, ATV's, and many other motor sport applications!

"We are very proud to have TORCO as a sponsor," says Hagan. "They have a reputation around the pits that is second to none and I think we're both going to benefit greatly from the relationship."

"I've set the bar pretty high for this race team in 2007," boasts Hagan. "We had a strong year last year, but we're looking to explode onto the scene next year. I think TORCO is going to give us the edge we need to make that a reality."
