TORCO RACE FUELS, INC. HELPS TO MAKE WISHES COME TRUE THROUGH FUNDRAISER FOR MAKE-A-WISH® FOUNDATION OF MICHIGAN
DECATUR, MI. – Torco Race Fuels, Inc. will partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan during next week’s Torco Race Fuels Northern Nationals at the Knoll Gas Motorsports Park located in Martin, Michigan.
Race fans will make donations based on the performance of their favorite drivers throughout the course of the weekend. Special kiosks will be established for one-time donations as well.
The exciting endeavor will feature special selected drivers squaring off against one another in a battle for donations. Usually when a person rson loses a bet, they are expected to pay. However, in this case, a winning driver raises money for the cause.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation provides wishes to children between the ages of 2 ½ and 18 living with life-threatening medical conditions. Since 1984, the Michigan chapter has granted over 5,000 wishes to medically eligible Michigan children. The total amount of money raised from the performance donations collected by Torco Race Fuels will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
