brittany force is waaaay more valuable in the seat of her TF'r, than just about any other driver, including austin. she attracts fans and delivers
for john force racing and the nhra. occasionally losing on a holeshot will not change that.
While her reaction times are an issue, she has lost many races due to tune up issues.
Just hope she comes back and brings everyone back with her though, David is just a few ticks away from legend status, just needs more consistency on raceday. Power always trumps reaction time in T/F

Absolutely - And the way Prock's car is coming around they will soon have enough data to be right there going forward. As someone else said this class is about as competitive as it has ever been. Once you get past round two it is anybody's guess who will win.

Not sure power always trumps RT these days. A lot of teams are running 3.6 times so any RT advantage is going to make it really close. So for you math majors, if you can get a 40 light vs Brittanys 80, and you can run 3.69, what doe she have to run to win? tough to do mid 60s runs on race day. Seems to me that on a warmer track that will only allow 3.70s (which lots of cars have the power to run), RT is even more important.

While the driver who has the best car all year has averaged a reaction time of .080 in the Countdown, giving up 4 to 5 hundredths on average to the best drivers in the class isn't a recipe for success.

FC was really good too. It pains me to say it, but Brittany just can’t compete on RT with the best and youngest drivers. If this were a regular team and business, vs my daughter driving, I’d swap Austin and Brittanys cars/chiefs next year.
If Brittany can't get past the 2nd round, she will never catch Justin Ashley. In fact, I expect Antron and Stevo to leap past her in points.
