[coverattach=1]Tim Tindle marched to the finals at the RPM 10th Year Anniversary Bash at Emerald Coast Dragway, Holt, FL. Unfortunately, the team could not appear in the final round due to a “dropped valve” in the semi-finals.
The Santa Rosa Beach, FL racer qualified in the No.2 position with a 3.964, only thousandths from taking the No. 1 position. Tindle laid down consistent low sub-four second passes lap after lap, adding confidence to the NHRA Promod Challenge racer.
”This was just a good weekend,” Tindle said. “We tested all last week and it paid off. This Dozer hasn’t been out for quite some time now, and to come out on a tear just feels good.”
”I really thought we had it won. But, we just couldn’t get it back together in time to make the final round. Thanks to Michael Neal for stepping up to the plate and running the final round for us, against his father. The two definitely put on a show for the fans.”
”Now that the Dozer is back running, we plan to compete at different Outlaw Races. I think we have a car that can do some damage.”
Special thanks to RPM Magazine and Emerald Coast Dragway for promoting and hosting a great event. Their hard work paid off and the racers put on one heck of a show for the fans.
Next up for Tindle Racing is a test session at South Georgia Motorsports Park July 27-31.
Tindle Racing would like to thank TEI (Tindle-Enteprises Inc), Goodyear Racing, NGK Sparkplugs, and Lucas Oil for their continuing support. For more information on Tindle Racing visit :: Tindle Racing ::
