Neil Young's next release is all about cars. And why the internal combustion engine is bad for the enviorment, and should be replaced immediately with alternative energy transportation...

Should be interesting to see how he plans to tour, especially Europe...

HE won't be on a bicycle. He just expects YOU to be! LOL.

He could always do what Barbara Streisand did. Ride a bicycle to an environmentalist event (with the media making a big deal about it) AFTER riding a private jet from one side of the country to the other. Wanna make an impression? Ride the BICYCLE from one side of the country to the other. THEN, ride it from your luxury hotel!

Even bolder. Ride a Greyhound with plenty of bus changes in the middle of the night! They ALWAYS put the bus terminals in the best part of town!

I remember scientists estimating that one Mt Pinatubo eruption put something like 500 times more carbon monoxide into the atmosphere with one eruption than ALL vehicles ever have since their invention.

If people really care about the environment, how about focusing on the disaster areas where our stuff is made? How about we don't let products in from countries that aren't on level environmental (and every other occupational law) playing fields? Aren't we all rotating in the same atmosphere?

Yea Ron, it's been billion dollar scam from the get-go.

Used to like Neil..but he lost me when he quit sitting on a stool and doin it. Getting all political and such..becoming an "Old Man DON'T look at my life cuz I'm NOT like you."

It's the truth we can do things to make a difference..but like Ron says..it's silly to think that anything the human race is doing is going to damage Mother Earth. Pfft..she'll be fine..but we won't be.

I took a dog from Dallas to Nashville the other week. I sent Christine a text from the Dallas terminal at night, saying "There's criminals all over the place!"

Sure enough, within a few minutes of that message, I was able to send her a phone pic of cops frisking a guy for having luggage that didn't belong to him.

Thanks to helping Mr. Distillery Breath figure out where his buses changed at, I was graced by his looking for and sitting beside me at each switch!

Yeah, I don't much care about what some celebrity thinks we should be doing!
