My brother works in Nuclear power generation and he seems to think this is a big step in the right direction.

I haven't seen any costs yet but if we run low on oil we have a viable alternative and electric cars become closer to reality.
Since the can't drill in my backyard crowd have taken the hill in DC maybe they will let us have something that supports a reasonable lifestyle.
Nah probably not , we will end up deforesting the land like India and going back to 100 times worse smog from fires .
