Cube the Velveeta and place in crock pot
Add large jar of salsa
Brown hamburger (no need to drain) empty into crock pot
Brown Italian sausage (no need to drain) empty into crock pot
Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Spoon out and dice ½ jar of jalapeños on plate and add to crock pot (add some of that pepper juice..couple spoon fulls)
Add small jar salsa
Add a couple spoon full of your favorite hot sauce (Wild from Buffalo Wild Wings works good)
Stir it all together with a big butt spoon. Turn crock pot on High and stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
