I just noticed something: When Rit Pustari subbed for B.B. in the Bud King TF, they didn't switch the entry number over. R.P. ran with BB's "T/F 3" on the car.
As I understand the Rule Book, the number belongs to the driver, not the car, so it should have been changed to T/F 115 (Pustari's number).
Perhaps NHRA gave them a waiver since it was just a one-time deal?
