I have always had a silly dream of getting some of the greats back in a car for a one time special event. Enough are still around the sport they could hop into their own cars or could borrow one
Imagine the full stands for a race with just a few names like Connie, Big, KB, Snake, Schumacher, Force, Shirley. 4 car field, maybe 8. Toss Glidden and WJ in Pro Stocks for a best of 3 and it would be huge.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the Snake vs KB vs Force thing as well as the WJ vs Glidden thing has already happened. It was call the '80's

I would have rather seen Snake able to stay out there as a car owner. I enjoyed watching him while I was growing up, as well as all the others mentioned, but I would be more excited to see more of the legends able to stay involved as team owners. I don't need to see Big in his 80s strap in again, or even Snake in his mid 70s. To me, those 2, as well as others, should have been able to stay involved as team owners. As cool as it might be to think about it, do you really see Snake jumping into a modern day FC for a match race? I don't.

I'm pretty sure that they will race, but did you notice, Snake never made mention of what they'll be racing.

I think Prudhomme is serious. His "Super Snake" FED against one of Force's early funny cars in a match race at the CHRR. Just my prediction.
