Now things are starting to make sense regarding some of the recent decisions by SKOAL..

So, a merger with the owner of Marlboro.. I think any form of tobacco marketing in sports (or at least NHRA) is HISTORY.

to market to.......it's surprising they (altria) mite not consider NHRA
into their marketing efforts, most noteably the smokeless products

Not sure what races you're going to but the bulk of the fans at most NHRA races I've been to skew much more to the 40+ crowd...

i agree, but haven't i read the 20-35 young male is who nhra and other
motorsports market the heaviest to? maybe i'm wrong and the target

At Indy, just looking around at the vendors in Nitro Alley, the 40+ guys weren't the majority ones ogling the Rockstar girls, the Skoal girls..etc...
I was just looking for the hot guys! hahaha None there
I had to laugh when they introduced the drivers in the Skoal Showdown - the guys all came out with a "hot" Skoal chick...poor Ashley Force - she was escorted by a guy...a plain one at that!! Danny would've been hotter
