I agree Justin, there was something more that should have been done by the passers by. He apparently wasn't armed, so what stopped them? Grab your tire iron, and thump him. They said the toddler may have already been gone, but that is besides the point.

I agree Alan. I understand that not everyone walks around "packing heat" and I know some states there are not any concealed handgun laws that allow you to carry but even then like you said, grab a tire iron or something. Doesnt matter if the baby is dead or not.

This world just amazes me sometimes now. Just like last week when that person got run over and is laying in the middle of the street and the video shows people just watching them as cars have to dodge the person since there laying the road. Not one single person made an effort to help them or check on them until after several minutes. Just absurd.

Just stick him in gen pop in one of the state prisons. Some of those boys don't think too highly of baby killers.

I haven't read the posted article ,but heard on the news that he had been smoking crack all night, and people tried to stop him, but he over power a few of them cause he was so hopped up.

I haven't read that version, nor heard that. Tox reports are a couple weeks away. And every story I have seen/heard, indicated that only one person tried to stop him. That was unacceptable. I understand people are scared of someone packing, but once it was obvious he had no weapon, I don't care if he was cranked up, hit him with your damn car if need be. It was a 2 year old kid, something/anything would have been better than the lack of action taken on passers-by.
